Very nice. Oven baked in foil with a couple of slices of lemon and a knob of parsley butter.

Point of order here Mol, beware of these so called offers you may find you can get the fillets cheaper straight off the big pieces they have.

The price of all Salmon is half price, fillets, steaks, sides etc. £8 odd a KG down to £4.

You might as well eat the packaging. Farmed is shite. You see that grey bit of flesh naer the skin? That's the true colour of farmed Salmon meat. They feed them food dyes and crap to turn the flesh pink. Wild is good for you and worth the expense proper meaty taste to it too.

Couldn't agree more. Wild salmon is a different thing altogether to the farmed stuff.

I've had some from here and its expensive but worth it.
