If you like pissed up rugby wannabes and rugger huggers you'll have a ball. Otherwise..........unless you are into the dance scene forget it. Very, very violent city. I stayed down time before we played them last as have a pal there. No rush to go back, the waterfront is a meat market patrolled by pissed up oiks in cheap shirts looking for a fight. Dock would like it. |

| Did you do the waterfront or Clifton? Clifton is nice, but not really Bristol. |

No, i was in the easton area. Drove through clifton and now understand what you mean about the rugger types. Easton is a completely different place to clifton all together. Very relaxed and laid back, from what i saw of it. I could get used to it and im not really a city type of person.

Heard on the radio today that Bristol is the music capital of Britain, more music coming from there than any where else.

Going there again in a couple of weeks time to see a pal and also check out the St Pauls carnival.
Lots of thumping sound systems playing lots of reggae. Cant be bad .
